Candidate Profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 03 years and above experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge in cloud computing
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices
• Familiarity with networking, VPNs, firewalls, and remote access solutions
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with non-technical teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of IT operations
